today, we had great speech from Mr. Dean.
It was about creativity.
I'll talk about creativity><
creativity is production but not reproduction.
creativity is fun but not easy.
creativity is researchable but not magic.
eye shifting increased creativity and help to motivate creative work.
there are myths about creativity.
----------------------------this is not true-------------------------------

1. drugs and alcohol strengthen creativity.
2. fear, deadlines and money encourage creativity.
3. structure is bad for creativity.
4. some work or activities don't require creativity.
5. we have to be good at art to be good at creativity.

But, money and praising effort damages creativity^^
